⚖️ Terms of Service & Website Ownership

🚫 **No Ownership Transfer** – This website is provided as a **service**, not a product for purchase. The client does not own the website, files, or backend.
📅 **Monthly Service Model** – Client agrees to **ongoing monthly fees**. There is no one-time payment option to own the site. If the client is a partner/reseller, the fees may be waived.
🚀 **Hosting & Security** – The website will be hosted & managed by Auto Dealer Sites Pro. EDITOR access will be granted to prevent unauthorized transfers.
❌ **Cancellation Policy** – If the client no longer wishes to continue, they may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, the website will be **deactivated and removed**.
